Sales conditions : The booking must be accompanied by a deposit, the amount of the first night.

This deposit will be refunded subject to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation of your stay 48 hours prior arrival.

Failure to comply with this cancellation policy, or in case of no show, this amount will not be refunded.

The rates are:
- All taxes included: VAT and City tax
- Excluding the cost of breakfast: 8 euros

Extras:
Baby Bed : 8 euro
Small dogs: 8 euro
Extra bed: 15 euro
Safe at the reception: 2, 50 Euro

Arrival Time: 14h hours
Departure time: 12 hours

Any booking, whatever the manner of booking will be only effective upon the confirmation
by the hotel.
